2020 NFL Draft: Big Board

Draft Overview: It’s draft season again, boy does it feel good. This year’s class is headlined by two stud quarterback prospects, the second being a hopefully healthy Tua. Then you have at least five if not closer to eight impact players at offensive tackle, a position that desperately needs an infusion of talent in the NFL. Lot’s of depth at receiver, although not that much in top end talent.

As always, in the top half of the first round, teams will have to decide between players you know will be great, and players who could be really great. I always think the move is to take the guy you know is going to be great. Take the chance out of it when you’re choosing in the top ten. That’s why Derrick Brown should go in the top 5, but he’ll last almost until 10. Because people will reach for a corner, or an edge player, and more surefire prospects will fall. Take the sure thing, even if he’s an interior player.

So, happy draft season everyone. Below is my Big Board, this only includes players I scouted as I’m sure you’ll notice a few prospects missing. Let’s hope the Patriots get one hell of a haul.

Organization:  Each Position has a positional overview and each player is shown as:

Name—College—Height-Weight—Probable Draft Position—Rating

The rating is out of 100. Examples are below:

A rating in the 90’s means 1st round grade, 95 is worth a mid first rounder

A rating in the 80’s means 2nd round grade, 82 is worth a late 2nd rounder

A rating in the 70’s means 3rd round grade, 78 is worth an early 3rd rounder

A rating in the 60’s or lower means a 3rd day prospect. You get the rest.

Italics means favorite prospect
